Anastasia Mitrovic is an independent interior designer who specializes in high-end residential and wide variety of small-to-large scale commercial interiors. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Fashion Institute of Technology. Since 2012, Anastasia has been employed by development and corporate firms focusing on interior design spaces for finance, media, law, engineering, non-profit and hi-tech companies. Some of her projects include: executive suites for Warner Media Inc., multiple office branches for Bain & Co, UBS, ARC and many others. Anastasia is known for her incredible attention to detail, a truly “good eye” for unique & beautiful spaces and her professionalism. Phase I - Questionnaire
First, email call or DM, to answer a questionnaire that allows Anastasia to learn and understand about your inquiry. Feel free to attach any inspiration images, floor plans/photos etc. If you have a dream kitchen in mind – send it over! This step is very important and will determine if she is a match for your project.
Phase II – Initial Meeting
After questionnaire is reviewed in detail, Anastasia will reach out to schedule a follow-up call, zoom or meeting in person if local. This is about getting to know each other and learning about the scope of your project, aesthetic, taking initial measurements & discussing budget and timeline. $150 fee is charged for initial consultation.
E-DESIGN
COMMERCIAL
Not located in tri-state area? Not a problem, a digital service can be provided to design your space with a signature aesthetic. All spaces are typically designed with all brand new pieces. It usually takes about 2 weeks to receive a digital package that will include top-view floors plan, furniture/rugs/art/décor/lighting selections after a kick-off zoom call. Links will be provided for orders after final review/approval. Offering design services for the following:
Gallery Walls, Entry Walls, Living Rooms, Dining Rooms, Home Office, Bedrooms, Kids Rooms, Nurseries, Outdoor Patio Seating/Dining Areas.
Starting at $999 + per room depending on size & needs.
**Purchasing is not included in this package. Procurement is available at a separate fee.

Phase III – Quote
Based on the information retrieved during the initial consultation meeting, a proposed quote for design services, fee structure, terms & conditions will be provided. Anastasia’s services are always priced as a flat fee.
Note* if a project requires to be permitted, architect/engineer will need to be brought on to sign and seal the drawings, interior designers do not sign & seal drawings. Additional quotes will be added to the overall project’s budget.
Phase IV – Preliminary Concept
After quote is signed off, Anastasia will put together a brief presentation that outlines the vision for your home. It will include inspiration images, finishes & materials, furniture pieces, lighting etc. This helps to understand an overall “look & feel” concept.
Phase V – Design Development
Based on the preliminary concept direction, this is where the fun begins! Anastasia will be putting together a detailed presentation that will include space planning drawings, 3d renderings (if part of quote), actual finishes & materials, proposed imagery of furniture, lighting & hardware. Please remember this is a very important phase, gathering all necessary samples and collaborating with vendors & trades can be time consuming, be patient!
Note* Additional follow-up meetings can be set up to review any necessary revisions needed based on the design development presentation. It is a massive collaboration from both ends, Anastasia is here to ensure that you’re happy with the final design.
Phase VI – Construction Documentation & Final Budget Review
After design decisions are finalized, Anastasia will prepare a construction documentation package that will include all approved specifications such as finishes & materials, lighting, hardware, cabinetry selections, appliances etc. with details elevations with dimensions, finish schedules, lighting plans etc. This cohesive detailed package will be sent out to contractors/venders to get finalized pricing on a build.
Note* Shall there ever be an over-a-budget instance, Anastasia will work closely with the client & contractor/vendor to make sure value engineering exercise is done to meet the desired design of the space.
Phase VII – Site Visits & Furniture/Décor Orders
Once construction is underway, we will schedule on-site meetings to ensure the design/vision is being implemented as promised. During this time, Anastasia will get started on itemizing final furniture, décor, rugs & art for your space. You will receive a package with imagery, finishes & pricing (including handling fees/taxes/assembling) for final review/ approval. Once approved – everything will be ordered with delivery to your home.
Note* Shall there ever be any delays in construction, furniture/décor can be shipped to a warehouse/storage for the meantime for an additional fee which can be discussed further.
Phase VIII – Install Day
This is the final and the BEST moment of this process – the install day! We’ll coordinate movers and handyman to get everything unpacked and installed, set up and ready! Allow for a couple of days to prep for your final move in!
Anastasia, provides services from design consultation to space planning to selecting finishes/materials & 3d renderings to construction documentations to final completion of a project. If you’re looking to simply furniture your existing living room, do a full or partial renovation of kitchen or bath or you’re looking for a full home renovation on, she can execute the process.
